Conference Room Access
With every membership, 2 hours of conference room time or podcasting studio are included per month. After the allotted time is used, members receive a discounted rate on usage.
Meeting Rooms
Professional Meeting Rooms Available by the hour - Seating from 2-25 available To reserve, click "Join Today" to be registered as a free member. After that, you have access to booking capabilities, we will contact you for billing once space is booked.
Chai
Locally blended from K&K Chai. We are constantly switching up which blends we carry, so its always an adventure.
River access
Our front doors are conveniently located just a two-minute walk from a beautiful seating area. Take a phone call, eat your lunch, or have meeting down by the water.
Lively Community

Podcast and Video Room
Amp up your content delivery capabilities with our recording room. Equipped with all your podcasting needs as well as a video recording set up. To book The Studio, join today as a free community member then reserve under "Reservable Resources"
Stand Up Paddle Boards
We partnered with SUP CA, a local paddle board shop, and give members access to free paddleboard rentals. Walk your board down to the river after that meeting that lasted forever!
